Adding a luggage pass through and also having double zippers for the top zip (or a small ring on the one end) so you can lock it.

When I opened the box I was bummed, the bag looked much smaller than the pictures. But I was absolutely wrong. I fit my compact folding chair, two fans, three bottles of water, a bottle of sunscreen, and some other small items into the bag with ease. I love the design, and how the backpack straps can be hidden if you just want to use it as a tote. Can’t wait to use it for the first soccer game this weekend.

Great hospital call bag. Lots of space without looking too big. The back pack straps are nice for longer commutes or heavier loads. Only feature missing is a luggage strap on the back so can loop over a carry on suitcase handle. Would be an easy addition!

Got one some time ago, had to return, it was too large for my needs. Otherwise nice bag, got one in mini size

I bought this bag a few years ago and really loved it, although i didnt use it much. But this summer I took it with me to Greece for a few days . At the end of the summer, i wanted to use it fir the gym, but literally all of the leather trim just disintegrated. Really disappointed.
