This is my favorite mat (my second Lole) The first one I used almost daily for many years and it was time for a new one. After trying a couple of other mats, I decided to go back to what I love. This mat gives a good grip but is not sticky, I love the smooth feel. It wicks off moisture so the grip is great even throughout challenging workouts. It folds out nicely (I roll it ”in side out” for a day to make it lay more flat from the beginning) and unlike some other mats it does not smell overwhelmingly chemical the first weeks. Great mat! The strap was a great bonus
