Emeline Down Jacket

Love the jacket, it's light and warm, however the plastic zipper is sticky to do up and I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks.

Purchased second jacket. First one only lasted a few years before the down inside started flattening/not as warm. Made the mistake of following the washing instructions, and the filling completely balled up and made the jacket have zero insulation. (Would be better to just spot clean/wipe like I was doing before). Good jacket for a couple years but DO NOT WASH IT

I smile every time I put on this jacket. The poppy color is joyful and fabulous for the grey days we’ve had lately. Love the fit which is flattering for a puffer. It’s cozy and light. I wear it with a light sweater and it’s perfect for me at -10 C or even colder. Looking forward to wearing on May trip to Iceland. The colour will look great against the dramatic landscapes.

Living in Winnipeg means owning at least 5 different coats/jackets capable of tolerating temperatures ranging from -30 to +10. The Emeline Jacket effectively covers -10 to +5, easily. The weather has gotten nicer, I haven't had the chance to wear it during anything colder than -10, but it did keep me perfectly warm against -17 windchill temperatures. I suspect it will hold up well against -15. The fit is a little loose, leaving room for a mid-layer should you need. The hood is a great size, easily covering the entirety of my head without feeling bulky. The jacket overall is incredibly light-weight, making it a fantastic travel or trail option. I purchased mauveberry, worrying it was going to be quite pink. The photos are true to colour hue and overall jacket shape. Highly recommend.
