The sizing guide is not accurate and the jackets are sewn so tightly that there is no room for range of motion.
Their customer service is horrible. They only have email and by the time they get back to you, they claim the timeframe is passed for returns. This is my first purchase and all the online representative would say over and over is that they’re not responsible for sizing. They were unwilling to accept a return, provide store credit, or refund.
I do consider not being able to lift your arms in a coat to be a product defect. I also measured the coat and it does not match the measurements online.
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a poor response as a new customer to a company. It feels pretty awful for a $300 purchase.
I am having a hard time with sizing with Lole now. Chest is 34”, waist is 28.5” and hips are 38.5”. I went ith the medium for the hips but the top is huge. Like two fistfuls of extra material huge. I am affraid the small might not give enough room to sit in the hips.
